RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items that show wear, damage, or alterations cannot be returned.
How to Return
Email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days and are subject to product availability. Email your order number and desired replacement item. If your requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards or promotional items
Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If not approved, we’ll reach out with options.
